Purchases, Returns and Exchanges

Originals:
All prices are in Australian Dollars.

All originals and limited edition prints are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or refund.

For all Original Art Pieces, payment must be made in full at time of purchase. A 24hr cancellation period exists. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase as we cannot refund your money if you change your mind once the paintings have left the premises...

For Custom Made Paintings, 50% of the payment must be made when you place your order, the 50% balance will be debited from your credit card 48 to 96 hours before the dispatch of goods. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase as we cannot refund your money if you change your mind.

Prints on canvas and Prints on paper:
All Prints on Canvas or Prints on Paper are with Genuis Printing. You might be concerned about buying over the internet, or what the final printed result will be. That's why they have a 100%, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If you have a problem, just return the product within 7 days and they’ll fix the problem and send you another canvas, or refund the purchase price as we deem appropriate. It's your choice. It may not be our fault, but it's all our responsibility!

With Genius, if a canvas needs to be returned because of a problem caused by them, they'll refund the total order price, including delivery charges. If they are sending out another canvas instead of providing a refund, they'll also pay for the shipping of the replacement canvas. They /we will likely ask that you return the faulty canvas to them (at their expense) via registered post / courier before we provide a refund / replacement.

On the other hand, if your are just not happy with the result through no fault of ours, then you'll need to pay for the return of the canvas and we'll refund the total cost less the delivery charges. If we are sending out another canvas instead of providing a refund, you'll need to pay for the re-delivery cost.

In either case, it is your responsibility to ensure the canvas arrives safely back to us. If Australia Post or the courier looses the item and you don't have any tracking number or insurance then we will likely not be able to refund / replace.

Tshirts, Calendars and Cards:
Single Tshirt and Calendar purchases, are submitted through to redbubble, You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted. Bulk purchases are......................(to be investigated)
